Drug Testing

R.H. Fewster Painting, Inc. is dedicated to a safe and drug free work environment. All employees and all applicants for employment are required to submit to a Drug and/or Alcohol screening. All applicants must submit to a pre-employment screening test after an offer of employment is made, and prior to beginning employment.

As a continued condition of employment, all employees must execute a drug and/or alcohol screening. Refusal to execute the screening authorization may subject the employee to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Failure to take a drug and/or alcohol test within one (1) hour of notification may also subject the employee to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
