R.H. Fewster Painting, Inc is also concerned with creating a safe working environment for both its employees and our clients. With that in mind, R.H. Fewster Painting, Inc conduct background verifications regarding our employees work history, references, driving record, proof of citizenship and criminal history.

A social security trace is utilized to identify an applicant’s possible residential history for a period of seven years. We then check each County and City where the applicant has resided for Felonies and Misdemeanor convictions. A Nationwide Sexual Offender search is included. For employees who drive as part of their job responsibilities, a driving record search is conducted. This search may reveal information that some courts do not classify as criminal, such as alcohol related offenses. Degrees, credentials and certifications that are listed on the application by the applicant are authenticated and verified.
